Jemima is a writer, director and editor. She was a top national print journalist for 15 years before moving to television in 1997. She has worked for BBC Documentaries, Carlton and Granada Television.

Jon Lane shoots and co-produces Passionate's films. He was a leading news cameraman who went freelance 18 years ago to follow a love of documentaries. His films have won numerous awards.
